Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment verification. Processing occurs on business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Some automotive parts, oversized items, or orders requiring additional verification may need extra processing time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

For parcel orders, available shipping destinations, services, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Freight shipping costs $350 at checkout for eligible destinations in the contiguous United States. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Carriers and Tracking

For domestic parcel orders, we primarily use FedEx Ground Economy and FedEx Home Delivery. UPS 2nd Day Air is available for eligible orders when offered at checkout. Freight service is used for engines, transmissions, and differential assemblies. Tracking information will be provided when available. Large or multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Oversized and Heavy Automotive Parts

Engines, transmissions, differential assemblies and other freight items have a fixed $350 shipping charge at checkout for eligible destinations in the contiguous United States. Freight is not included in the product price. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see availability and the order total. Contact us before ordering about unloading requirements or a destination not supported at checkout.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipped. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Parcel shipping is available only to destinations for which a rate is offered at checkout. Freight shipping is available to eligible contiguous U.S. destinations for which the $350 rate is offered at checkout; contact us about destinations not supported at checkout. For international orders where shipping is offered, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at info@megasupplyinc.com. Keep all packaging and provide the order number, photos, and any carrier documentation available. We will assist with the carrier claim process when appropriate.

Returns

Shipping-related returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are handled according to that policy and applicable law.
