These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and purchases from LHH MEGA SUPPLY INC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Products and Vehicle Fitment

We sell automotive parts and related products. Products may be new, used, remanufactured, or otherwise identified in the product listing. Photos are part of the description, but colors and appearance may vary by screen.

Vehicle fitment information is provided as a reference. Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming compatibility using the part number, OEM number, vehicle identification number (VIN), measurements, connectors, options, and other relevant specifications. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing. Unless expressly stated in writing, fitment assistance does not guarantee compatibility.

2. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send confirmation. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please review your shipping address and order details before submitting. Cancellation requests are handled under our posted cancellation and refund rules and may not be possible after an order has entered processing or shipped.

3. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. Payments are processed by Shopify and other third-party payment providers under their applicable terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping destinations, methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Returned items must meet the conditions stated in that policy. Installation, labor, diagnostic, towing, programming, rental, and other incidental costs are not reimbursable unless required by applicable law.

6. Warranties

Any product warranty applies only when expressly stated in the product listing or provided by the manufacturer. Except as required by applicable law, products are otherwise provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LHH MEGA SUPPLY INC and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, profits, data, or vehicle downtime, arising from use of the website or a product. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You may not interfere with website security, misuse customer information, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in violation of applicable law, or use our content or trademarks without permission. Website content is owned by or licensed to LHH MEGA SUPPLY INC, Shopify, or their respective rights holders.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and communication services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
